The goal of any facilitator is to make their position obsolete. As any teacher, parent or therapist knows their job is done when their former client no longer needs their services. As such, programs at KSEGE are designed to phase themselves out as they meet their goals. In this way programs are constantly and organically redeveloped to ensure they are exquisitely fine tuned to the needs of KSEGE’s clients.

All KSEGE programs are designed to illuminate the inefficiencies inherent in communication. Each particular program has content designed to provide a curriculum of daily happenings for group participants to use as a medium to explore their own dynamics.
